Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated in the vibrant heart of Berlin Kreuzberg, offering a very central location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice and modern, though a bit small, with a really comfortable bed, bathroom, and good Wi-Fi connection. However, they were not ready at check-in, and the street noise could be disruptive due to poor isolation. The service was a bit of a mixed bag; while it was a good place to meet colleagues before exploring nearby dining options, it was let down by being unfriendly and unhelpful at times. The location is very convenient, just a quick walk from Gorlitzer Bahnhof station on the U1 line, providing easy connections across Berlin, yet, it can get noisy with late-night revelers and street sounds. The dining experience was not included but available at an extra cost, with varied quality ranging from excellent to basic. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel boasts a truly central and lively location in the heart of Kreuzberg, with quick access to transportation and diverse dining choices.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were lovely with a nice view over an old Berlin street and very comfortable beds, although being close to the stairway door might be a bit noisy sometimes. The service was friendly and welcoming, although language limitations could be a slight issue. The location was excellent, close to public transport for easy exploration of Berlin. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices, but nothing extraordinary.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a fantastic view of the TV tower. The modern amenities and abundance of toiletries made our stay extremely comfortable, especially in the cooler weather of May.
The hotel rooms were very clean and modern with underfloor heating in the bathroom, offering high value for money. However, they were not soundproof from the street. The staff worked with me when I arrived significantly before check-in time. Although they have very limited language skills outside of German, I can't fault them for that. The location was very useful for the purpose of our visit to the area, but be prepared for noise from the street, including groups of drug dealers. The dining experience was worth its price-absolutely, especially with the nearby amazing weekend brunch spot. The facilities were well-stocked with amenities.
The hotel had a very nice atmosphere and a clean and modern appearance, but be prepared for some noise disturbances at night. The location is conveniently close to the U1 and restaurants, making it a good choice overall.
